I met David at an open house while I was still doing research into what kind of a home I was looking for. We spent a considerable amount of time that day just talking about wants and needs while we walked around the home he was showing. While that house was not what I was looking for, David got to work that day honing in on the type of property I did want. David is truly excellent. We used him to sell our home in Denver and the entire process, from start to finish, was wonderful. He's incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, always willing to help explain things you might not understand and very responsive. It's easy to forget that while homes right now are only on the market for a few days, there's a TON more time and effort put in by realtors to sell a home in this market. From our first meeting a few months before listing our home, when he came equipped with an entire binder of comps and market trends and walked us through all of it, to helping us stage the house, to constantly being a text or phone call away when offers were coming in, we always knew we were in great hands. He helped us plan, anticipate things we wouldn't have seen coming, and strategize every step of the way. And then, after closing, he handed us a bottle of champagne. Truth be told, though, he deserved it way more than we did!
